- Start date: as soon as privileges are issued
- Shifts are 7a–7:30p with 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Minimum 3 weeks per month required, 4 weeks strongly preferred
- May occasionally offer a 4th shift or overtime, but not guaranteed
- CRNAs are always supervised; 50 active OR sites per day
- Typical daily staffing includes 19–23 anesthesiologists and 10–20 CRNAs
- Adult patient population, but neuro and peds experience are a plus
- Practice includes MAC and General anesthesia only
- No OB, regional, thoracic, or cardiac cases
- Epic EMR required – minimum 2 years of hands-on use
- Orientation typically 1 day, may expand to 2–3 days
- Hospital-based assignment
- Optional on-call coverage available
- Credentialing takes 3.5 to 4 months
Requirements:
- Board certification required
- DEA not required
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
- Must apply for IL license within 1 week of accepting the offer
- Candidates without a license must submit full application within 10 days or risk cancellation
- Strong Epic experience is mandatory – no EMR training is provided on-site
Important Notes:
- All RTO must be submitted upfront – no changes allowed after contract is signed
- Epic experience must be discussed and included in submission
- One supervisor reference with full contact info is required at time of submission

- Daily travel allowance applies only for days worked – no reimbursement for itemized travel
