CRNA – No Call & Full-time – less than 2 hours outside of Louisville, KY

Schedule
- Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
- Options: 3x12s or 5x8s
- Typical: 10:00am – 10:30pm (½ hr lunch); facility prioritizes availability for 9a, 10a, or 11a start times (12-hr or 8-hr shifts)
- Must be available at least 4 weeks per month
- No 24-hour shifts

Case Load
- Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (no heart), General Surgery
- Procedures: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement
- No OB, not likely to do blocks
- Average patient load: 1–9 per day

Facility
- Acute Care Hospital
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- EMR: Epic preferred

Requirements
- NBCRNA required
- State license: Kentucky required, but open to licensing candidates
- Minimum 1 year experience required (no new grads)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
