CRNA Locum Needed at ASC in Chicago, IL
• Start Date: 10/1/2025
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (cases may start as early as 6:00 AM; pay begins at clock-in)
• Coverage: Scheduled, no call, no weekends
• Guarantee: 8-hour daily
• Team Model: 1 MD + 3 CRNAs
Case Types:
• ~3,700 annually including general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures
Skills & Procedures Required:
• Independent practice
• Proficiency in blocks (brachial plexus, truncal, lower extremity)
• Techniques: spinal, interscalene, adductor, popliteal
• Caselogs: epidurals, spinals, blocks
Additional Details:
• EMR: Medaxion
• No supervision (MDs onsite)
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS, PALS
• Active IL license required
• DEA required for MDs/DOs
