-Types of cases required: ~3,700 cases annually, including -general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures
-Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks
-Techniques include spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal blocks
-Caselogs required: Yes, proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
-Collaborative Team Model: 1 MD + 3 CRNAs
-EMR: Medaxion
-Certifications: ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS
-Active IL license required
