Full-Time CRNA – Premium Pay & Expense Allowance | Dekalb, IL

Location: DeKalb, IL (2 hours from Chicago; housing options nearby in Genoa, IL)

Start Date: January

Contract Type: Full-time locum with anticipated need for the next 3 years

Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday), option for 5 × 10-hour shifts if desired

Practice Setting: Community hospital with 5 main ORs + 2 endoscopy suites, focusing on bread-and-butter cases (no neuro or cardiac)

Environment: CRNA-friendly, collaborative team; only physicians who foster a positive work environment

Requirements: 1+ year experience, Epic EMR experience required, willing to obtain IL license promptly if offer accepted

Credentialing: ~90 days

Compensation: $ negotiable + $375 per shift expense allowance
