Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4x10s (7a–5p)
Length: 6 months with option to extend
Cases: Neuro, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, urology, GYN, interventional GI, cardiology testing/EP, and regional blocks. No OB epidurals. Healthy pediatrics rare.
Setting: Level II Trauma hospital with full medical direction.
EMR: Epic
Pay Range: $210–$220/hr. 
Expense Allowance: $375 per shift (for non-local providers)
OT Multiplier: 1.3x 

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience
Illinois license (required)
Epic experience required
Board Certified CRNA

Credentialing: 90–120 days
