CRNA Need - McHenry, IL

Department Description: Level 1 trauma – 100% medical direction. Full peds hospital in house
• Patient Age Group: nicu – end of life
• EMR: Epic
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: 16 NORA sites – GI, Specials, MRI, EP, Cath lab

Requirements:
• State License(s): Active IL license or IMLC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Specific Skills Required: Be able to care for healthy age 2yo and above

Privileging Timeframe: 90 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• No call
