Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4x10s (7a–5p) | No call
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens

Overview:
An established Level II Trauma hospital in Illinois is seeking experienced CRNAs for a 6-month locum assignment beginning January 2026. This is a weekday, no-call opportunity at a suburban facility about an hour from Chicago. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience and are comfortable with a wide range of cases in a medically directed model.

Case Mix:
Neuro, vascular, thoracic, general, GYN, urology, interventional GI, and cardiology testing/EP.
Regional blocks performed.
No OB epidurals or cardiac cases.
Healthy peds are rare; complex cases sent to a sister facility.

Facility Details:

Acute Care Hospital | Level II Trauma

Fully Medically Directed Anesthesia Care Team

9–11 Anesthesiologists + Anesthesia Tech Support

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Active IL License (no willingness to license)

Minimum 2 years of experience

Epic EMR proficiency required

COVID vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

No prior employment with Northwestern Medicine facilities
