Job description

*Top-tier culture + long-term staff retention — CRNAs & MDs work in a highly collaborative, supportive, positive environment.
*Flexible scheduling — Need 1 week/month up to full-time, Monday–Friday 7:00–3:30, no call, no weekends.
*Bread-and-butter case mix — Ortho, general, ENT, peds (low acuity), trauma (Level II), neuro, OB, plastics, urology, endo — no cardiac, no NICU/PICU, no transplants.
*Supportive onboarding — Will train in certain areas, but ideal providers are comfortable across multiple specialties with minimal restrictions.
*6-month ongoing assignment beginning September
*AllScripts EMR (Epic transition in 2026).
