CRNA needed in IN:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Schedule: 7a-3p; Call hours are 3p-7a
Work details: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Must be proficient on blocks

IN License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
