CRNA Needed in Jasper, IN

Job description

6 CRNAs every week Monday - Friday -- call divided evenly amongst providers.

Weekly Call Rotation: 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5pm or 7pm room per week

Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Any supervisor? All CRNA practice

Weekend Call Rotation: limited weekends open

Case Types: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Must be proficient on blocks.

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 9

Number of ORs: 6

Number of Endo Room: 2

Number of CV Room: 0

Number of Cath Lab Room: 1

Number of IR Room: 1

EMR: EPIC

Epidural and regional blocks skills required

**This is not a supervision model. CRNAs work independently.

Certifications: ACLS?(required to be through AHA), PALS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
