Cases: Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, General, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Gyn, Peds, Urology, Pain Management, Trauma - No OB

Supervision: MDs onsite - little to no supervision

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient

Number of ORs: 9
Number of Endo Room: 2
Number of CV Room: 1
Number of Cath Lab Room: 1
Number of IR Room: 1

EMR System: Cerner

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available)
