Job description

Job Title: CRNA – Locum Tenens
Location: Angola, IN
Duration: Ongoing weekly coverage (specific dates available)
Schedule:

Scheduled shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (M–F)
One provider per day works 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call Requirements:

Weeknight call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend call: 24-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
30-minute response time
Call includes both OR and OB cases

Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Epic
Procedures Include:

General, Ortho, OB, GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
Must be proficient in epidurals, regional/spinal blocks
CRNAs work independently (no supervision)
3 ORs, 2 Endo rooms
3 providers daily (4 on Tuesdays & Fridays)

Board Certification Required: NBCRNA
State License Required: Indiana
DEA: Required
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS (AHA), PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
