Job description

Midnight starting Jan 21, 2026- ongoing

13-week assignment

Hours: 7a-3pm/ Call hours: 3pm-7am

Call Scheduled: OR call every night

Any Supervision? All CRNA practice

Types of cases required: General, Ortho, Opthamology, Pain management, GYN, Podiatry

Spinals, blocks, epidurals - must be proficient? Yes

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 1

Number of OR's: 1

Number of Endo Room: 0

Number of CV room: 0

Number of Catho Lab room: 0

Number of IR room: 0

EMR System: Medaxion

Additional Facts Regarding Site: heavy endo, 15 min turnovers, call backs are minimal but average call backs is 2.5 per month, sometimes can be called in for difficult intubations in the ER.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
