CRNA Needed in Winamac, IN:
Start Date: Jan 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Hours: 7a-3pm/ Call hours: 3pm-7am
Any Supervision? All CRNA practice
Types of cases required: General, Ortho, Opthamology, Pain management, GYN, Podiatry
Spinals, blocks, epidurals - must be proficient? Yes
Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days days
Active IN License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
