Position Details:
• Location: West Burlington, IA
• Start Date: May 5, 2025 (ongoing assignment)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
o Preferred: 5x8s (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) or 4x10s
o Call: Optional

Work Details:
• Providers Needed: 1-2
• Case Volume: 10-12 cases per day
• Practice Setting: Clinic & Inpatient Hospital
• EMR: Cerner
• Procedures:
o Ortho, General Surgery, Outpatient Surgeries
o Scope of Practice Includes:
 General Anesthesia: Thoracic, Ortho Spine, General Ortho, Pediatrics, Trauma, OB, Vascular
 Regional Anesthesia:
 Epidural, Spinal Anesthesia
 Interscalene/Supraclavicular, Axillary, Femoral/Adductor Canal, Popliteal, Sciatic, Ankle, TAP Blocks
 Anesthesia Skills:
 Arterial Line Placement & Management
 Ultrasound-Guided Regional Blocks & Line Placements
 Central Line Placement & Management (Optional)
 Ventilation Management

Travel & Credentialing:
• Travel & Lodging: Covered
• Licensing: Active IA license and open to licensing
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
