Start Date: Oct 2025
Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
Schedule: 5x8s, may consider 4x10s
Inpatient/outpatient: Inpatient hospital setting but mostly outpatient surgeries
Main Procedures: Ortho, general surgery, mostly outpatient surgeries
Skills: General Anesthesia

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days with IA license, 90 days without.
Active IA License Required (We can help license you)
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
