Seeking a skilled CRNA to provide anesthesia care for outpatient plastic surgery cases in a well-supported, multidisciplinary clinic. This is a locum-to-perm opportunity ideal for providers seeking a long-term fit in a low-volume, high-quality practice setting.

Position Type: Locum to Perm
Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Setting: Outpatient Surgery – Plastic/Cosmetic Procedures
Location: Davenport, Iowa

Flexible Surgery Days (Wed/Thurs preferred), 4–8 shifts per month

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No nights, weekends, or call

Case Types Include:
Breast augmentation/reduction
Abdominoplasty
Blepharoplasty
Face lifts and other cosmetic surgeries

Practice Details: 1 OR + 1 procedure room
1–3 cases/day, depending on complexity
Team includes 2 physicians, 1 APP, 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 Surgical Tech
EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA – Required
Active Iowa license or IMLC – Required
Prior experience in outpatient or plastic surgery anesthesia – Required

Compensation & Terms:

Competitive hourly rates (includes malpractice)
Holiday, overtime, and orientation rates available
Conversion to perm capped at $15K
