CRNA Opening in Northwestern IA

Schedule - 2weeks on 2weeks off
7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a
Call- every night working and weekend in between and end of 2 weeks, solo provider
-Any supervision: All CRNA Practice, solo provider starting 8/4 2on2off rotation

-Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Ortho, ENT, General, Vascular, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Podiatry
*125 OB cases last year most of the call cases were OB/ENDO case experience required
10+ years of age healthy peds

-Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

-Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Call Required
