CRNA Needed – Dubuque, IA

Job description

Start: ASAP | Ongoing assignment
Schedule: ~20 shifts/month
• Weekdays: 7a–5p + weeknight call (post-call day off)
• Weekends: 24-hr shifts (7a–7a)
Practice Model: Independent CRNA practice
Cases: General, blocks, epidurals, OB; no hearts or neuro | Level II trauma
Volume: 5–15 cases/shift
Patients: 85% adult/geriatric, 15% peds/adolescent
Requirements: Active IA license, Board Certified, ACLS, PALS
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: ~30 days
