Job description

Contract Length: Sept 22 - Oct 3, Oct 20 - Oct 30, Nov 17 - 28, Dec 15 - 26 ongoing
Schedule: 7a – 3p dayshift (M-F), 3p-7a call (M-F), 7a –7p 24-hour call (Sat & Sun)

Clinic details
Practice Setting: Critical Access
Patient Volume: 1200 cases/year, 120 deliveries/year
Support Staff: All CRNA practice, 2 providers during the day
Cases/Procedures: ENDO, OB/GYN, PEDs, ENT, General, ORTHO, Ophthalmology, Podiatry. must be proficient in blocks, spinals and epidurals
