Job description

CRNA Needed in Lexington, KY:

Start Date: Mid-September or October, or as soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension

Schedule: FT - 4x10s, M-T or T-F, 6:30am-5:30pm

- No weekends or call

KY License Required (We can help license you)

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
