ASSIGNEMENT DETAILS: JO# 2735675
• Location: Lexington, KY
• Target Start: April
• Length of commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; Mon – Thur or Tue – Fri)
• Schedule: Full-Time; (6:30AM – 5:30PM) (1/2-hour lunch)
• Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be Medically directed by Anesthesiologist.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, 4 x 10/week, 6 months
• Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily
• Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
• Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.
• Practice Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
• Required: Board Certified, Active KY license or Compact **Will License, 1 year experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
