Option 1: Central Kentucky
Dates: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: Flexibility in shift selection— 8, 10, 12, or 24hr shifts
Call: No Call or Weekend schedule available if desired
Clinical Details:
• Facility: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
• Model: Supervision model
• Patient population/age: All age spans (No Neonatal)
• Case mix: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
• Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement
• No OB or Blocks
• EMR: EPIC
Travel Accommodations/ Amenities: Covers travel and lodging as well as Malpractice insurance

Option 2: West Kentucky
Dates: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: Monday-Thursday— 8, 10, 12, or 24hr shifts (On Call, Optional)
Clinical Details:
• Facility: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
• Model: Supervision or Independent Model
• Patient population/age: healthy pediatrics all the way through geriatrics
• Case mix: Full Scope Anesthesia
• Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement
• EMR: EPIC
Travel Accommodations/ Amenities: Covers travel and lodging as well as Malpractice insurance
