Job description

CRNA needed in KY:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 19 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; M – T or T – F). Will consider 5x10, 3x12, 4x12, 5x12
Work Details: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart), Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.

KY License NOT Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
