General Surgery, Bariatrics, Scopes, Urology, Ortho, OB/Gyn, Plastics, Orthopedic Spine, ** OB required, must have case logs from the last two years **
Mainly adults – a few Peds
Supervision model; 2 docs and 3 CRNAs
Within 2 weeks; can grant temp priv's.
$270/hour + T & L
Medical malpractice insurance provided with tail coverage
