Job description

CRNA Locum assignment in North West KY (1 hour outside Evansville Indiana)

Coverage Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, needing 3 CRNAs, doing OB. Friday needs 3 CRNAs. Shifts are 8/10/12 hours.
On-Call: Optional, scheduled or on-call coverage available
Flexible start/end times; shifts typically 8:00 to 18:00 (can be flexible)
Orientation: All hours billable
Case Types: Epidurals, pain management, spinal taps, general surgical cases
Patient Age Range: Healthy pediatrics through geriatrics
Special Procedures: Epidurals, spinal taps, pain management

Practice Model & Expectations
Supervision model; MDA handles pre-op, CRNA responsible for induction and maintaining anesthesia
CRNA to cover entire shift as scheduled, with support available for assistance

Requirements
State License: Kentucky (KY) or eligible via IMLC
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred, but new grads accepted
Privileging: Within 30 days, licensing preferred but IMLC acceptable
Charting Software: Epic

Compensation & Additional Details
Hourly Rate: $215 + travel & lodging
