NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

We Offer:
Top of Market Base Salary $230K + $16K QI for $246 Annual Comp - 3% increase year over year
Stipends & Sign-on bonus is $75K for a 3/yr commitment or $50K for a 2/yr
