FT CRNA Locum Opportunity
Job description
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Licensing: Open to licensing providers (Kentucky license required prior to start)
Schedule & Shift Details:
Full-time schedule required (must be available all 4 weeks per month)
Shift options: 4x10s (7:00a–5:30p) or 3x12s (7:00a–7:30p)
½-hour lunch break included
No call requirement
Practice Setting:
Care Model: Medically directed team
Typical ratio: 1 anesthesiologist to 2–3 CRNAs
Attending often paired with a resident in an adjacent room (teaching environment)
Support Staff: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, Anesthesiologists
Clinical Details:
Case Types: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (no Hearts, no OB)
NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia): Required for all providers
Patient Population: All ages except neonatal
Daily Case Load: 1–9 cases/day
Skills Required:
Intubation
Central Line
Arterial Line
Line Placement
(Blocks not typically required)
Requirements:
Certification: NBCRNA (required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year post-training (no new grads)
Licensure: Active KY license or willingness to obtain
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
