Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to provide full-time anesthesia coverage at a Level I Trauma Center in Central Kentucky. This assignment offers a variety of surgical cases in a collaborative, medically directed anesthesia team environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: February 2026
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Schedule: Full-time; 4x10s or 3x12s, 7a–5:30p or 7a–7:30p
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only
• Availability: Must be available 4 weeks per month

Work Details
• Support Staff: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, and Anesthesiologists
• Supervision Model: Medically directed
• Patients per day: 1–9
• Patient Population: All ages (excluding neonates)
• Department Description: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Cardiac); NORA coverage required
• EMR: Epic preferred
• Skills Required: Intubation, central line, arterial line, line placement (no OB, no blocks)

Practice Setting
• Hospital – Level I Trauma Center

Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• License: KY license required (open to licensing)
• Minimum Experience: 1+ year (no new grads)
