CRNA – Level I Trauma Center | 4x10s or 3x12s | No OB | Kentucky

Job Details:
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
Schedule: 7a–5:30p or 7a–7:30p
Credentialing: ~90 days
Setting: Hospital-based (Level I Trauma Center)
EMR: EPIC

Practice Details:

Supervised model: 1 MD to 2–3 CRNAs (attending typically paired with a resident)

Case types: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (no OB, no Cardiac)

Average 1–9 cases per day, all ages except neonatal

Required skills: Intubation, central/arterial line placement, NORA coverage

Minimum 1 year of experience required (no new grads)

Must hold or obtain a Kentucky license (open to licensing)

Board Certification: NBCRNA

• Flexible full-time schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s (must be available 4 weeks/month)
• Diverse case mix including Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (no hearts or OB)
• Medically directed team model with EPIC EMR at a Level I Trauma Hospital
