Job description

Locum CRNA needed to start in 30 days and work ongoing at a facility in Ashland, KY.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 x 8's
Cases: General, Ortho, Uro, ENT, Endo, Basic peds, minimal vascular & OB. No Neuro.
OB can be optional.
Call: Not much call but will be discussed on phone interview.
Supervision: 1:3/1:4.
Credentialing: Emergency Privs Available.
EMR: EPIC.
