PATIENT AGE GROUP All Ages – Some Pediatric Dentists & ENTs come so some Peds, but more so Adults and Geriatrics
SPECIAL PROCEDURES/DETAILS OB, Spinal Epidurals, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Truncal Blocks, Urology, ENT, OB/GYN, Ortho, Occasional Podiatry, Pediatric Dentistry, Bread & Butter Case Load. Regional Blocks are NOT required.
CERTIFICATIONS REQ’D/PREFERRED? BLS, ACLS, PALS
BOARD CERT REQ’D/PREFERRED? No
STATE LICENSE REQ’D/IMLC? LA (in hand) – NO Radius rule
DEA REQ’D? No
CSR REQ’D? No
WORK EXPERIENCE REQ’D? No requirement

START DATE December 2025 (ASAP)
CONTRACT LENGTH 13-26 Weeks
COVERAGE TYPE Scheduled + Minimal / No Call
On Call: Wouldn’t take call ideally but if they need it, 3pm – 5am, Beeper/by Phone
Weekend Call: None
OT: No expectation, trying to minimize OT for the provider
# OF SHIFTS & HOUR 5x8, Days (6:30am-3pm) Mon-Fri
SCHEDULE DETAILS No Weekends, Ideally wanting FT but will consider 2 weeks per Month
