This hospital maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery across a range of surgical specialties. The facility operates within a structured on-site clinical environment and is currently seeking locum tenens CRNA coverage to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. Credentialing for this assignment takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts within an operating room setting, with shifts beginning at 7 AM on most weekdays and at 8 AM on Wednesdays, typically running 10-12 hours. The surgical case mix includes Bread and Butter, OB, Thoracic, OBGYN, and Complex General procedures; clinicians should be comfortable performing cases independently when required. Clinical documentation is completed using the EPIC EMR system. The position includes a mix of supervised and solo work, with potential for overnight and weekend shifts, and board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
