CRNA needed for Massachusetts assignment!

📅 Target Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: Flexible; anticipated need through the end of the year

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $210.00 + T&L (Travel & Lodging) 💸
Lodging/Stipend: $137 per day 🏨
Car Rental/Mileage: $250 per week 🚗
Overtime: Not expected but available ⏱️

🕗 Shift Details:
8-hour or 10-hour shifts (preferred)
No in-house call needed during weeknights or weekends 📴

🩺 Case Types:
General, Orthopedic, Obstetric, Pediatric 🏥👶

📝 Requirements:
Board certification or fellowship preferred ✅
Willing to accept candidates needing to obtain state licensure 📝
Proficiency in OB and healthy pediatrics is a plus 🌟

🔧 Site Information:
Main OR and endoscopy coverage 🏥
10 anesthesia rooms 🛏️
Supervision by MDs (CRNAs supervised with a 3:1 ratio) 💼👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
MDs do not perform their own cases 🚫

🔔 Additional Notes:
Charting systems include iPro and paper records 📋
Credentialing estimated to take around 60 days ⏳
