Location: A city in North Central Michigan, a popular destination for fishing, boating, and hiking. The city has a charming downtown area with local shops and restaurants. About 150 miles to Grand Rapids! Facility: A 49-bed facility offering a comprehensive range of services. Opportunity: Looking for an experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience Must be willing to be in call rotation. 1 FTE with call rotation 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month Shift description below: Shift times (during the week): 0700am -0500pm Shift times (call during the week): 05:30pm-07:00am Days and shift times (weekend call): 0700am – 0700am Documentation System/EMR: Plexus Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25 Trauma Level/Designation: 3 Annual ER Volume: 23555 Description of OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's Number of Operating Rooms: 5 Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): all 3- BLS, ACLS, PALS Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): All Ages Will call be in house? No Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
