Alpena and West Branch Locum CRNAs Needed

Job description

70% outpatient; 30% inpatient
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p + 1:4 On call (likely to be more due to staffing shortage)
Call is off-site; 3p-7a weekdays; 3p Friday-7a Monday weekends
1 Night of Call per week / 1 weekend per Month
Cases/Procedures: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, Pulmonary, Bread & Butter I.C. Blocks preferred but not required. No Hearts / No heads

Must have experience with: Spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters

Solo Model; No MDA
EMR and Dictation Tools: EPIC/Dragon
Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NBCRNA
Experience Required: Must have practiced a minimum of 4000 hours in a health care facility to obtains privilege's. This is due to the fact that the CRNA's are solo providers & do not operate under an anesthesiologist. Must have at least 75 case logs within the last 12 months.
Active MI License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
