CRNA MUST WORK AT JOB 2607435 AS WELL. THEY WILL BE FLOATING BETWEEN THESE 2 JOBS. THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT PRIVLEDGING APPLICATIONS BUT YOU WILL SUBMIT TO EACH LOCATION.
Schedule Details: October ongoing
• Mon-Fri working fulltime; 7a-3p doing 5 x 8s is ideal; 4 x10s is an option Will accept a MINIMUM of 3 consecutive shifts per week and has to be either monday or friday avail. They would accept 2 weeks per month as well if they did M-F.

• Beds: 434, Level II
• Procedures: Neurology, IR (4 endo suites), Electrophysiology (EP), General Anes, Endoscopy, Cardiac Ablation, open hearts, OB (2 ORs) and spine. No transplants, No Peds.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): preferred
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: no
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days--open to new grad but must have Level II experience
