Job description

• We are seeking 2 Full Time to start as soon as credentialed and 1 at the beginning of September.
• Full time availability needed (40 hours per week)
• Schedule can vary in days/times depending on needs of the department and provider availability/preference

• Team Model; Supervising MDA
•Cases/Procedures: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, Healthy Peds. Blocks preferred; not needed
• Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
• EMR: EPIC
• Case Logs: 75 within the last 12 months
• Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date

• Full time availability needed (40 hours per week)
• No call
• 30% outpt; 70% inpt
