Locum CRNA needed near Wexford County, MI starting as soon as credentialed.

Job description

- Weekday Shift times: 0700am -0500pm
- Weekday Call Shift times: 05:30pm-07:00am
- Weekend Call Shift Times: 0700am – 0700am
- Trauma Level/Designation: 3
- Annual ER Volume: 23555
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25
- Patient Age Demographic: All Ages
- Description of OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
- Number of Operating Rooms: 5
- Documentation System/EMR: Plexus
- Experience Requirement: Must have experience with Regional Blocks, & OB.
- Certification Requirement: BLS, ACLS, PALS, AANA BC, Active MI License, MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
- Will call be in house? No
- Additional cases: Ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, uro
- No supervision, provider will work independently
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
