Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a full time Michigan licensed CRNA to start ASAP in Midland, MI.

Start Date: 9/1/25
Schedule: Schedule can vary in days/times depending on needs of the department and provider availability/preference. Full time availability needed (40 hours per week)

Cases/Procedures:
• Endoscopy
• General
• OB/GYN
• Ortho
• Pain Management
• Urology
• Vascular
• Healthy Peds
• Blocks preferred; not needed
• Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
EMR and Dictation Tools:
• EPIC
Required experience, training, and certifications:
• AHA BLS
• AH ACLS
• AHA PALS
• NBCRNA
Case Logs:
• 75 within the last 12 months
Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

• Full time availability needed (40 hours per week)
• No call
• Schedule can vary in days/times depending on needs
