CRNA needed in MI:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts
Job details: All general ortho and joint replacements; Blocks: ISB, supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles), maybe axillary, pop, ACB, potentially IPac and geniculars

MI License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
