Schedule: M–F, 7:30a–4p, no call/weekends
Cases: ENT, ortho (incl. spines), podiatry, cosmetics (~2,500/year)
All-CRNA practice | Proof of blocks required
EMR: Medaxion
Certs: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Pay: $225/hr + T&L
Credentialing: 60–90 days (temps available w/ clean history)
