💉 Locum Tenens CRNA | All-CRNA Model | Scheduled + Call | No OB 
📍 Location: Coldwater, MI
📅 Contract Length: Ongoing
⏱️ Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 Days
✅ Temps Available (for providers with clear background & unrestricted license)
🕒 Schedule & Call Coverage:

🧑‍⚕️ Standard Shift:
3x Day Shifts per week
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (9 hours/day)

📞 Call Hours:
4:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Call Schedule: Every 4th night
30-minute response time required
✅ Full weeks available
❌ NO OB

👩‍⚕️ All-CRNA Practice Model – no supervision
🏗️ Number of ORs: 3
👥 CRNAs per day: 4
💻 EMR: Epic

💉 Skills & Procedures Required:

Spinals

Regional Blocks
📄 Case logs required at submission (to verify epidural/spinal/block experience)
✅ Credentialing Requirements:
📜 License: Active and unrestricted (Temp privileges available)
