• Apr 13–17, Apr 20 (call only)
• May 18–24, May 25–29
• June 1–5, 8–12, 15–19, 22–26
• Ongoing weekly needs

• Practice Model: All CRNA practice (no supervision)
• Case Types: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry (No OB)
• Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals (case logs required)
