Locums – CRNA | Flexible Schedule | $210–$220/hr. + Call

Job description

We are seeking a CRNA to provide locums coverage at an acute care facility in Michigan. This is an ongoing need with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation:
Regular: $210–$220/hr.
Overtime: $230–$240/hr.
Call Back: $230–$240/hr.
24-Hour Call: $700/day
Night Call: $210–$220/shift

Schedule:
7:00am – 4:00pm (Day shifts)
Call hours: 4:00pm – 7:00am (every 4th night)
Full weeks available
No OB required

Practice Details:
All CRNA practice (no supervision)
Cases: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry
Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
3 ORs, 4 providers during the day
EMR: EPIC

Requirements:
Active MI License
DEA + CSR (Michigan)
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Proof of recent caselogs (epidurals, spinals, blocks)
