Position Overview:
- Schedule: Scheduled + On Call Required
- Start Date: Early as December 2025 (flexible)
- Shift Details: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call Rotation: Every 4th night (30-minute response time)
- OB: Not required
- Ongoing Need: Multiple weeks of coverage available throughout 2025–2026
- Ideal For: Providers interested in repeat assignments or consistent locum work

Coverage Dates (2025–2026):
Dec 10–12, 16–17, 22–23, 24, 29–31
Jan 5 (call only), Jan 26
Feb 9–13, 16
Mar 16–20
Apr 13–17, 20 (call only)
May 18–24, 25–29
Jun 1–5, 8–12, 15–19, 22–26

Ongoing weekly coverage also available.

Practice Details:
- Practice Model: Independent, All-CRNA Practice
- Case Mix: General, Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, and Podiatry
- Procedures: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks

Requirements:
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Board Certification: Required - NBCRNA
