Job description

Start: ASAP (ongoing need)
Credentialing: 90–120 days

Schedule:

32–40 hours/week
8s or 10s
Must have Monday or Friday availability each week
No call required

Practice Details:

Hospital-based Level II Trauma Center
Direct supervision model
EMR: Epic
Approx. 50 cases/day across multiple ORs
Collaborative team environment

Cases:

Adult & pediatric general surgery
Neurosurgery
Spinals and local anesthesia
Ventilation management and airway support

Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
Active Michigan license
1+ year CRNA experience (no new grads)
ACLS, BLS & PALS (AHA) required
Clean background and no job gaps
