# 🫁 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

📍 **Location:** Grand Rapids, Michigan
🏥 **Practice Setting:** Hospital-Based Anesthesia Services

🏥 **Trauma Level:** Level II Trauma Center
⏰ **Schedule:** 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts

* 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites.

* Orthopedic, including trauma
* Bariatric
* Podiatry
* GYN
* Neurology/Neurosurgery
* MRI/CT
* Cardiac and vascular
* Obstetrics
* Regional blocks

## 📞 CALL REQUIREMENTS:

**Weekend Call:** Approximately one weekend per quarter, consisting of a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mix between primary and secondary backup.

**Weekday Call:** Approximately one Monday–Thursday overnight call shift every six weeks, from **7:00 PM–7:00 AM**.

Weekend call surrounding a provider's PTO week is excluded when scheduling.

## 💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

* **Salary:** $112.75/hour
* **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $30,000 with a 3-year work commitment

## 🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

* **Board Certification:** NBCRNA certification required by start date.
* **Michigan License:** Active MI license or willingness to obtain.
* **DEA:** DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
* **Certifications:** ACLS & BLS or willingness to obtain.
* **NPDB:** Most recent Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days, required at presentation.
* Clean professional credentials and eligibility for employment required.
