CRNAs needed in Minneapolis MN - Will License

Minneapolis, MN
Start Date: Looking for October starts, open to later as well
Contract Length: Ongoing
Coverage Needed: Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month Required.
• 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required
• 8hr Weeknight Call – not required
Shift Details: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available. – Will do all 10s or all 12s, flexible on schedule
Schedule: 6:30-3pm ; 6:30-5pm ; 6:30-7pm ; 6:30-8pm
Work Details:
· Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc.
· Patient population/age: 12+
· Department description: Tertiary facility – trauma level 3
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: Specialized care
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Tertiary facility
Will License
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Rate: $240/hr
OT rate: $360 – this is after scheduled shift
Holiday Rate: $360 New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Travel and lodging is covered as well as medical malpractice insurance

If taking call here are the rates for that: *Call is not required*
Weekend Beeper Call 24hrs = $1000
Weekend Beeper Call 12hrs = $700
Weeknight Beeper Call 8hrs = $400
Weeknight Beeper Call 12hrs = $700
Call back rate: $360/hr
